All Optimist Club fundraisers and projects are approved by the local club membership.  The Optimist Club of Washington, NC, meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at Frank’s Pizza, from 7-8pm, and meal participation is dutch treat and optional.

For many years we enjoyed selling Christmas trees in Washington, but have now given up this project.  Our current fundraiser is a raffle during the soccer season to subsidize the cost of soccer.  It costs over $60 per player for the soccer program, but with the raffle and sponsors we are able to offer the program for $25 per player.

The concession stand is another fundraiser for the Optimist Club scholarships and soccer program.
