Club Grievance/Suggestion Policy
Our club is made up of volunteers. Each volunteer puts in numerous hours to provide programs and opportunities for our community youth. There are times when you may have a suggestion to help the organization and we welcome them. Please fill in the form available below and mail (PO Box 1174, Washington, NC 27889) or email it to us at optimistwash@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 days from our next meeting. We meet the first and third Tuesdays of the month with exceptions in June & July and December and January when meetings are as needed. Also, meeting dates that correlate with holidays are changed or cancelled.
