Are you Interested in being a coach? We'd
love to have you. Coaches are needed for all age groups.
Training will be provided if needed. League rules will be
reviewed. This is a recreation league and all players will
play at least 1/2 of every game. Each Team will have one head
coach and up to 2 assistant coaches. If you have any
questions, please let us know. Volunteer forms are available
on the Handouts Webpage. Background Checks are done on all
coaches and volunteers.
Soccer
2010 - signups are going on thru July 15th.

July 15, 2010
- Applications are due.
Applicants after 7/15 be put on a wait list and put on teams as
space allows. All waitlist players will need to come to
tryouts. -Signups may be done through the mail or at the
complex the week of soccer camp - July 12-15 from 6-8pm
August 10, 2010 -
Coaches need to attend -Tryouts at the McConnell Complex for Ages
7-15. Bring a soccer ball, shin guards and cleats or tennis
shoes. The tryouts will include kicking, dribbling and
shooting.
August 12, 2010 -
Coaches
will draft teams (no parents allowed - only the head coach)
You may contact players after the official rosters have been
distributed via email to coach.
August 12, 2010 - Make sure Patty or Nathan
has the coaches names, volunteer forms and shirt sizes for the
head coach and assistants.
August 19, 2010 -
Coaches (Head Coaches and Assistants) meeting in the Fellowship Hall
of the First United Methodist Church and receive official
rosters, fundraiser information (raffle), training, rules review,
coaches paper must be turned in by August 19th in order to coach.
August 28, 2010 -
Game Schedule will be posted on-line
August 28, 2010 - Practice
will start (not all coaches will practice this saturday some may
wait until the next week). No practice prior to 8/28.
Must have turned in a volunteer form prior to practicing with your
team. Need a full form filled out this year - form is
available on the Handout Page.
September 3, 2010 -
Warehouse
Tire & Uniroyal Soccer Ball donation starts. Certificates
will be given at the Coaches Meeting.
September 6, 2010 Labor Day-
No practice at the complex
September 8, 2010 -
Floating Coaches meeting - Picture information, T-Shirts,
Soccer fields at the Soccer Building.
September 11, 2010 Opening Day
